Customer Service/ Office Manager Responsibilities
- You will be out visiting clients and small business owners throughout the Chicago-land area
- You provide a great customer service experience, going onsite to take orders from customers and to deliver products.
- Enjoy driving safely and independently and are energized when interacting with customers face to face
- Thrive in an environment where no two days are the same
- Act as a lead person in the warehouse with extreme comfort in working with customers, clients and other employees
- Will be the company expert on our customers, purchasing habits, and daily routes.
- Maintains an orderly filing system for correspondence and other documents, including quickbook documentation, billing, and receiving.
- Love to work independently, are extremely organized, and are comfortable working on a computer, tablet or phone.

- Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Planner, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Quickbooks
- Route XL for scheduling
