We are actively recruiting a highly motivated Sales Director responsible for leading a high-achieving Sales Team across North America.
Our client seeks an entrepreneurial and results-driven individual to inspire the next generation of sales talent in a dynamic market segment.
Location: Remotely based in New York Metro Area.
How will you add value:
- Create and implement the Sales Strategy for the North American market
- Complete strategic and coaching oversight for a growing sales team with P&L responsibility.
- Lead and manage the profitability of key accounts across the Company's portfolio of products.
- Acquire an in-depth technical understanding of the Company's current products and services and new product lines and services as they are introduced.
- Negotiate, monitor, and implement a pricing strategy by global guidelines.
- Implement key strategies to motivate and develop the sales team while aligning with company objectives.
To be considered for this role you will require:
- A Bachelor Degree in Engineering, and/or Business Disciplines
- 10 years experience cosmetic, packaging or personal care industries.
- 3-5 years experience leading a sales team with the ability to coach, mentor and manage a group of high-performing individuals to meet set company goals.
- Demonstrated proven record of successfully developing and executing sales and margin growth strategies, with the ability to grow existing accounts and drive new business opportunities.
- History of establishing and maintaining relationships with customers that translated into improved financial success and market share growth.
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales strategy to deliver sales revenue.
- Willingness to travel across North America and Internationally when required.
