THIS IS A THIRD SHIFT SANITATION POSITION.
SUMMARY: The Trainer Production assists new production team members with acclimating to the work area and environment. The position assists the Production Supervisor in preparing, organizing, and providing standard training and/or specialized training in designated areas, including preparing new team member for their jobs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist new team members who are learning the job tasks.
- Support the new team member and help acclimate to the work area and environment.
- Help the new team member adapt to the physical requirements of the position.
- Assist the new team member by connecting with supervision and other team members.
- Assist the Production Supervisors monitor and properly handle new team members during the formative days of employment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Required
- High school diploma
- 6 months of production line experience
