We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our commercial kitchen repair company including HVAC, Refrigeration, and Commercial Kitchen equipment in Charleston, South Carolina. The Branch Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, managing staff, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of operational management, customer service, and business development expertise to ensure the branch meets its performance and profitability goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES :
Operational Management :
Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service deliveryManage and coordinate repair schedules, technician assignments, and service callsMaintain and manage inventory, ensuring parts and tools are available as neededEnsure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standardsCustomer Service & Relationship Management :
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfactionBuild and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, and other commercial kitchen clientsHandle escalated service issues, ensuring swift resolution to maintain client trustSales & Business Development :
Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards increasing revenue and profitabilityDevelop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing onesCollaborate with the sales team to promote maintenance contracts and service agreementsFinancial & Budget Management :
Monitor branch financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitabilityManage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are metReview financial reports and implement strategies for cost optimizationTeam Leadership & Staff Management :
Recruit, train, and manage a team of service technicians, administrative staff, and support personnelConduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and foster professional developmentEnsure a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performanceEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field; or 10 years of industry experience including managerial roles (preferred)Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a service-based industry (experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair is a plus).Strong operational and business management skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.Sales and customer relationship management experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and industry-related software.Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and repair processes is an advantage.Must be able to pass a satisfactory background screeningValid Driver’s license with a clean driving record as outlined with our company policyPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
This position is considered light work - exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and / or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and / or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the employee sits most of the time, the job is rated for light workRequired to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as : viewing a computer screenFrequently required to maintain a static position, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motionsThe work environment is typical office or administrative work.
