As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. You will be responsible for managing the front office, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities :
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Schedule client appointments and maintain the firm’s calendar.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming.
- Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Input and update client information into the firm’s database.
- Handle client intake paperwork and ensure it is properly filed.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure the efficient flow of operations.
