Key Responsibilities
- Preaching and Teaching: Deliver sermons that are personal, relational, and engaging, effectively connecting God’s Word to everyday life. Lead Bible studies and teaching ministries to deepen spiritual growth among all members.
- Leadership and Vision: Provide clear and compelling leadership to staff, elders, and ministry teams, inspiring unity and enthusiasm for the church’s mission. Develop and implement strategies for growth, both spiritually and numerically, that align with the church’s values and vision.
- Outreach and Community Engagement: Strengthen connections with the surrounding community by fostering partnerships and programs that meet local needs. Equip and encourage the congregation to reach out to neighbors and invite others into a relationship with Christ.
- Pastoral Care: Offer compassionate care and guidance to individuals and families within the church. Be accessible and responsive to the needs of the congregation, modeling Christ’s love and grace.
- Church Administration: Oversee the church’s operations in collaboration with staff and leadership teams. Ensure that ministries and programs are aligned with the church’s goals and effectively steward its financial resources.
