The Sales Representative will focus on developing and managing relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and other trade professionals to drive sales of our custom cabinetry products. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship-building with contractors, builders, designers, and developers.
- Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct job site visits, project meetings, and showroom consultations as needed.
- Collaborate with our design and production teams to create customized cabinetry solutions that meet client specifications.
- Prepare and present professional quotes, proposals, and product options to clients.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new products.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in B2B sales, contractor sales, or construction-related sales is highly preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow income based on performance.
- Professional presentation and ability to represent the company at networking events, job sites, and client meetings.
- Familiarity with the construction, remodeling, or cabinetry industry is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate with sales experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation for local travel.
