Pay Grade: JUnder broad supervision, plans, manages, and evaluates social services programs. Administers and coordinates the services and program activities in dependency, mental illness, youth development, or physical or developmental disability programs. May also act as a lead worker.
- Performs job responsibilities with minimal supervision; serves as a job expert or organization resource in assigned areas
- May serve as a lead worker and may supervise support staff or lower-level employees
- Establishes and maintains relationships with other agencies and organizations in the community in order to meet community needs and prevent duplication of services.
- Evaluates the provision and quality of recommended services to assure compliance with program requirements and policies
- Guides and oversees the distribution of resources
Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years of related experience
Note: some positions require eligibility for licensure.
Current State employees are subject to State Personnel Board (SPB) Rules regarding salary.

Salary : $41,570 - $54,429
