- Develops and maintains reports for all sales activities, including agent contests, promotions, and incentives.
- Compiles, examines, collates, and maintains daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
- Analyzes and evaluates actual performance metrics and compares them to the company’s operational plans and strategic goals to ensure alignment and focus.
- Reports and provides insight to support the decision making of the sales management team.
- Works with sales team and leadership to implement sales plans and promotions.
- Develops standard reporting measures to facilitate reporting and analysis that will aid in the evaluation of operational initiatives and promotions.
- Assists with the administration of sales agent compensation and contracts as well as CSR compensation.
- Assists with the maintenance of all agency workforce data.
- Coordinates/supports Sales projects and serves as a subject matter expert as needed.
- Ongoing professional development.

- High school diploma and 4 years’ work experience or college degree required.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus.
- Must have excellent, well-developed written, verbal, and presentation skills. Must be able to communicate effectively in group settings and on a one-on-one basis.
- Must possess a strong aptitude and advanced skills with computers including experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and be familiar with typical company web-based system applications. Experience working with a CRM is a plus.
- Must be able to develop and document processes and procedures as well as compiling training documentation as required.
- Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, regulations, instructions, manuals, and other documents as required.
- Excellent telephone and public relations skills are required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle a high level of confidentiality is required.
- Must have and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license.
