Job Summary
This position provides enrollment services support and serves as an initial point of contact for the campus/site.
Responsibilities
- Is responsible to understand, support, and carry out the college¿s mission, vision, and values and comply with mandates and regulations of government and accrediting bodies.
- Greets visitors both on campus and virtually; acts as a central referral resource, providing basic information and assistance regarding the college¿
- Serves as a general representative in the phone queue
- Hosts the virtual HUB
- Refers prospective and continuing students, as well as community visitors, to appropriate personnel¿
- Provides information and assistance regarding admissions, financial aid, and enrollment services¿
- Receives and screens enrollment documentation; scans documents and prepares for courier¿
- Monitors and responds to the 411 Ticketing System¿¿
- Reviews and forwards incoming email to appropriate personnel¿
- Assists students with general computer and printer issues and resetting personal identification numbers and passwords¿
- Escorts students to appropriate offices¿
- Performs cashier duties; receives and processes payments; prepares daily financial reports; and serves as instructional site custodian for petty cash
- Takes photos and processes student ID cards
- Performs other duties as assigned¿¿
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations at a level commonly associated with the completion of high school or equivalent
- Sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position, usually associated with the completion of an apprenticeship/internship or having had a similar position for one to two years
