Job Description
As an Enrollment Representative, you will help facilitate the enrollment process between the client and insurance companies. As part of a small team, you will be work with the client, payers and partners towards completion of those enrollments.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
- Managing payer EDI and ERA enrollment requests via Zendesk.
- Communicating directly with customers regarding their enrollments and needed information.
- Submitting enrollment requests through various clearinghouse/payer portals which may require researching payer EDI/ERA connection paths.
- Contacting payers via phone or email regarding initiating enrollments, enrollment status, and failed enrollments as needed.
- Updating tickets and Excel spreadsheets in a timely manner to keep customers and their respective Brands informed of enrollment status.
- Troubleshooting missing ERAs to determine if they are enrollment related and making necessary corrections or sending them to the proper team for corrections.
- Reports escalated customers to manager.
- Ensures that the overall EDI/ERA enrollment process is as efficient as possible for customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- 1-2 years of enrollment experience preferred.
- Very detailed oriented
- Strong customer service skills, and is comfortable speaking with providers, partners, and insurance companies.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong familiarity with computers
- Able to adapt and roll with changes in processes.
- Experience working and growing with a team.
- Has a drive to accomplish goals, even in the face of obstacles
