Responsibilities
- Provide spiritual care and support to patients and their families
- Develop and implement personalized spiritual care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to address the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of spiritual care interventions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field
- Completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services preferred
- 2 years of experience in a health care or hospice setting required
- Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
