Scrum Master / Business Analyst

This person is expected to perform 50% of the time as a scrum master and 50% of the time as a business analyst with the following responsibilities:
Scrum Master
• Establish and communicate project plans and milestones to the leadership.
• Help the team with iteration planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospect meetings.
• Help the team resolve any roadblocks and manage dependencies.
• Manage work assignments, monitor team velocity, and team member utilization.
• Manage and communicate deployment and release schedules.
• Monitor team spending vs budget and communicate to the leadership.
• Ensure that the team delivers value every two weeks.
PROPOSAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Provide a written description of the knowledge areas and relevant experience of the individuals your firm is proposing to the team. Specifically, please cite any experience or knowledge of the following:
• Data Engineering experience using Azure and Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Data Architecture, Data warehouses and Data Lake.
• Agile development methodologies.
• Automated Testing and Testing methodologies and techniques.
• Business analysis in data analytics.
• Data stewardship and governance.
• Public transportation planning and operations
