Senior .NET Lead Developer (Tech Lead) Core

Location : Windsor, CT

Rate : DOE (W2 Only)

Onsite Requirement : Day One Onsite

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform hands-on implementation and development while following best practices.
  • Provide suggestions to enhance previous implementations without requiring a complete overhaul.
  • Lead and mentor a team of core .NET developers.
  • Work extensively with .NET Core technology.

Required Skills :

  • Strong expertise in .NET Core development.
  • Proven experience in technical leadership and team management.
  • Ability to assess existing implementations and suggest incremental improvements .
  • Hands-on coding skills with a focus on best practices .
