Position: Salesforce Lead
Location: Westchester, IL
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: DOE
We need only local Hybrid work ( 2 days a week to visit the client office).
High-level Requirements for the TDL
- Salesforce Development: Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Salesforce Standard and Custom API.
- Salesforce Architecture: Should have experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce architectures, including Salesforce integrations with other systems and applications.
- Integration Technologies: Should have experience working with integration technologies, such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
- Leadership Skills: Should have experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects, including communicate with stakeholders and experience with project management methodologies.
- Offshore team experience: Should have experience mentoring and leading team members from offshore
