Description
Georgia Military College is now accepting applications for a part-time Tier 1 Technician. This position will assist the full-time technicians with simple troubleshooting, inventory, equipment moves, and cable management. This position will travel 20% of the time accompanied by a more senior IT Department member.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Relocate and install institutional technology equipment

Inventory and label institutional technology equipment

Work tier one helpdesk tickets

Other duties as needed/assigned including but not limited to assisting staff with resolving various issues

Reimaging mobile and computer labs.
*Criminal background check and drug screen must be cleared before any candidate may begin working.

Qualifications
Minimum required:
- High School diploma
- Being familiar with the Windows OS, Apple Oss, and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Associates degree and 1-year relevant experience
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Basic computer repair, maintenance
