Responsibilities

- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Manage budgets related to program operations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation for all programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate program outcomes and implement improvements.
- Provide training and support for staff on best practices in behavioral health and program management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in program development and management, including budgeting and administrative tasks.
- Proven ability in relationship management, demonstrating effective communication skills.
- Supervisory experience is a plus, showcasing leadership capabilities within a team environment.
