Position Overview
This position is for a Library Special Services Coordinator for Community Workforce Development primarily reporting to the Main Library. The primary function of this position is to support the business and workforce needs of Leon County residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify employment and business needs based on data.
- Propose and initiate services and programs related to these needs system wide.
- Assist library users in selecting and borrowing materials.
- Handle customer service issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Library Special Services Coordinators uphold the mission and values of the library system when performing these duties by following library policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers.
Salary : $38,313.60 – $63,232.00 Annually
