Live - Out Nanny for a Family near North Druid Hills

A loving family near Virginia Highlands is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and highly engaging full-time nanny for their two children—a curious and energetic 3-year-old and a newborn due in June. They are looking for a warm, energetic, patient caregiver who thrives in a screen-free environment and is exceptional at communication, redirection, and positive reinforcement. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience, including newborn care, and be comfortable following the Moms on Call sleep schedule. Creativity is key—this family values sensory activities, tummy time, reading, music, and imaginative play. In August, their toddler will begin part-time school, and the nanny should be adaptable in engaging her after school with art, dance, outdoor play, and other enriching activities. Additional responsibilities during nap times include family laundry, organizing and cleaning the playroom, planning weekly activities, and creating a structured schedule for the children. The family seeks a long-term nanny who will make their children feel safe and loved while fostering their growth and development. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is required for this position.

No pets 

Schedule will be provided every Sunday and some flexibility is required to accommodate parents’ work schedules, but this will be typical: 

Monday and Tuesday

9:00am - 4:00pm 

Wednesday and Thursday 

6:45am - 4:45pm 

Friday

7:30am - 3:00 pm
