Dream Nannies is seeking a Live-Out Nanny/House Manager for a wonderful family in Druid Hills with a toddler and newborn. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working alongside Mom, who will often be present, and should be confident in taking initiative without needing constant direction. They are looking for someone who excels in maintaining a consistent eating and sleeping schedule for their newborn while also providing a nurturing and structured environment. Their toddler attends daycare until 3:30 PM, so responsibilities will be focused primarily on the newborn during the day. The family values a nanny who has a spirit of hospitality, is proactive, has excellent time management, and knows how to read a room—providing assistance without being overly chatty. Strong communication is key, including sending regular text updates, pictures, and videos. Additional duties include taking out dirty diapers, stocking diapers, unloading the dishwasher, managing laundry, organizing kids' clothes, rotating and organizing toys, picking up after the kids, light housekeeping, running errands, and creating a nurturing foundation for the infant.
