Seeking a full-time skilled call center representative to join our busy dermatology practice. This position requires answering phones, scheduling patients, transferring calls and managing provider schedules. This is an entry level position with the opportunity for advancement. Position requires excellent computer skills, the ability to multi-task, and excellent customer service skills. Medical experience preferred but not required.
