What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Operating Officer position at Georgia state government?
Master’s degree in the social science field i.e. Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Community Counseling, Social Work, OR master’s degree in business administration, Law or Management with five years’ experience working as an operations officer or director. Must have outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills, aptitude in decision-making and problem solving, working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure. A working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics, at least 4 years of experience working with professional services organizations at all levels, and strong work ethics. Previous CSB experience is a plus!
