Department Information
The Georgia Tech Supply Chain and Logistics Institute (SCL) provides global leadership for interdisciplinary research and education in the application of scientific principles to frame and optimize the design and management of supply chains and logistic systems; the integration of supply chain and logistic strategy, infrastructure, processes, and technology; and to conceptualize and roadmap pathways toward next-generation supply chain and logistics ecosystems.
Manage enterprise level programs and portfolios through administrative support, data analysis, tracking and reporting. Oversee and support project execution through continual coordination of program/portfolio plans, data analysis, reporting and education. This position will interact on a regular basis with: faculty, staff, and vendors. This position typically will advise and counsel: faculty, staff and vendors. This position will supervise: NA.
Job Duty 1 -
Manage all aspects of assigned programs throughout project life-cycle to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, and time and cost constraints
Job Duty 2 -
Compile and respond to data requests to facilitate the development of recommendations to address/resolve potential and existing Institute and unit-level challenges
Job Duty 3 -
Develop data analysis, financial modeling, and bench-marking for project requests and initiatives
Job Duty 4 -
Design, develop and maintain tools and processes for portfolio management and enterprise-level tracking
Job Duty 5 -
Assist in creation and delivery of materials for project/program management education and mentoring
Job Duty 6 -
Perform other duties as assigned
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Other Required Qualifications
Hours can include evenings and weekends; Conference travel may be required
Required Experience
Five to seven years of job-related experience
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
