Substation Maintenance
Assist experienced area coordinators and equipment specialists with the construction and maintenance of substation equipment. Learn the procedures for testing and commissioning of all major equipment associated with power delivery. The position will require training, work order management, and the utilization of various tools out in the field. Transformers, breakers, and switches are some of the equipment that will be worked on.
Must be able to pass all requirements for GTC to work on and around cyber assets. Must maintain proper driver's license to operate an assigned vehicle.
Working knowledge of personal computer, ability to lift fifty pounds.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Major(s): Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineers
