Surgery Center Assistant
looking for:

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Helps get charts ready for surgery days, including preop phone calls, medication reconciliation, and sending out surgery times.
- Communicating with the clinic to get all the information needed for surgery patients.
- Helps pre-op patients for surgery including instilling eye drops and signing consent forms.
- Helps turn over and clean operating rooms.
- Helps with patient tracking information after surgery as well as lens reconciliation.
- Helps restock, clean, and set up operating rooms for surgery days.
Required work experience:
- Prior medical CMA experience perferred
- CMA certification
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
Job Type: Full-time
