Job Summary:
As a Mitigation Project Manager, you are the hands and feet of our Company. You are the first person to interact with our customers in most cases.
This position is primarily responsible for physically performing Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Contents Manipulation (Pack-Out/Pack-In) and/or Emergency Services at Residential and Commercial Properties with providing excellent customer service. This is a full time, Construction/Service-related Position that has an on-call requirement in Metro Atlanta and surrounding counties.
Common Technician tasks:
- Visits new assignments/jobs within coverage area, interface with the client, and secure the job.
- Ability to cross sell services when the need of service is evident.
- Scopes the damages at the site, performs mitigation services; moisture readings, logs, demolition, sample collections for ITEL processing, setup/monitor drying equipment, detailed photos showing all affected/damaged areas, measures & sketches affected rooms, and document all mitigation services performed in Company database.
- Performs and Supervises Emergency and Reconstruction Content Manipulation (Pack-Out and Pack-In) of Customers personal property/contents with utmost care.
- Calls/meets the Customer to ensure they are satisfied, obtain close out paperwork, photos, notes, etc. and collects payment/endorsement for work completed.
- Utilize Company Software to manage assigned jobs.
- Manages Inventory/Consumables needed for each Job.
- Contributes to the up-keep of the Company Warehouse, Equipment and Company issued Vehicle.
- Engages and manages Subcontractor labor daily.
Qualifications:
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Be ready, willing, and able to work.
- Punctual and deadline-driven.
- Be available for afterhours deployment when on call.
- Be able to work unsupervised.
- Be coachable and trainable.
- Ability to Manage and lead Crews.
- Have a great attitude, trustworthy, dependable, and have a pleasant personality.
- Valid Drivers License
- Willingness to undergo a background check, drug screening and Driving Record Screening (MVR). MVR must be clear of major violations within the last 3 years.
- Experience with estimate writing is a plus, but not required.
- Minimum 1 year experience with Water Mitigation.
