We are a rapidly growing estate planning and probate law firm seeking a personable and friendly receptionist/greeter/client intake specialist to join our team. The position will begin as part time with opportunity to transition to full time. This person works closely with leads, clients, owners, attorneys, and legal assistants providing vital support while creating a welcoming and positive experience for our clients. We strive to be recognized for helping our clients in two key areas: (1) planning for their death or incapacity by creating well-crafted and coordinated estate planning documents, and (2) guiding them through the probate process when they have lost a loved one.
This person will be responsible for important work, including but not limited to:
- Answering phones and conducting new client intake.
- Managing the calendars of multiple attorneys.
- Tracking leads from initial contact all the way through scheduling appointments and hiring us.
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and professional office environment to ensure the best possible experience for our clients.
- Answering the door to greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing inventory and maintaining office supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
