- Following and maintaining relationship with customers
- Monitoring and contacting leads
- Determining each customer's vehicle service needs
- Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts
- Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments
- Customer satisfaction is a MUST
- Completing daily follow up calls
- Compensation range $17.00-$20.00 per hour
