We are looking for outstanding individuals to fill our Automotive Sales Representative needs. This person will have great customer service skills and is required to work a flex schedule including Saturdays.
- Cultivate enriching relationshps to create clientele for life.
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle be asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert.
- Know the in's and out's of product offerings, optional packages, and latest techologies.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
- Bring your "A game" along with a positive attitude to work with your every day.
Compensation
$45,000-$95,000 Annually, depending on ability and success,unless prior Honda sales experience, then $100,000
