Auburn?s largest dealership group is looking for a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team! If you take pride in maintaining clean and polished vehicles and want to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this is the job for you!

Position Overview:
As an Automotive Detailer, you?ll be responsible for cleaning and refurbishing both new and used vehicles to meet dealership and manufacturer standards. You?ll ensure that every vehicle looks pristine and is ready for customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash vehicle exteriors and clean interior and exterior windows.
• Wipe down doorjambs, apply wax to auto bodies, and buff or wipe surfaces.
• Vacuum vehicle interiors, removing dirt and debris.
• Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents.
• Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to interior vinyl or leather surfaces.
• Clean engines and engine compartments using steam-cleaning equipment.
• Use special-purpose cleaners to remove difficult foreign materials.
• Inspect vehicles for defects such as dents, scratches, or torn upholstery.
• Restore appearance of engines, rugs, upholstery, and painted surfaces.
• Apply tire dressing and fill vehicles with fuel.
• Replace small parts as needed.
• Keep the showroom and stock vehicles clean and presentable at all times.
• Remove window stickers from sold vehicles.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report any safety issues immediately.

Compensation:

Starting at $16.00 per hour
