Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
- Engage in outbound calling to generate leads through warm calling and telemarketing efforts.
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
- Visit Community facilities and locations to acquire clients.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our software systems.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and strategies.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development or inside sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and warm calling strategies.
- Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
