As we continue to grow in the marketplace, we need to hire a full-time Inventory Manager to join our office in Richardson, TX. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, maximizing inventory turns, minimizing inventory losses, track shipments and stock levels while working closely with the sales management team to maximize the customer experience.

The Inventory Manager will:
- Inventory Analysis
- Purchasing & Vendor Relations
- Manage inventory shipments and stock levels.
- Maximize inventory turns while minimizing inventory losses
- Evaluate product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
- Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
- Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
- Monitor demand and analyze data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
- Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Work with sales management to maximize the customer experience

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies
- Experience conducting tracking and data analysis
- Product and inventory management certification a plus
- ERP, NetSuite Experience is a plus
- Experience in managing high cost capital goods inventory is a plus.
