Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction tasks, including underground utility installation, operating power tools, hand work, and labor for stone base installation.
- Grade checker and assist with project layout.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to travel is required.
- Experience in construction or related industry required.
- Experience operating heavy equipment is strongly preferred.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
