Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our team. Duties
- Operate heavy machinery including bulldozers and backhoes for site preparation and material movement.
- Perform welding tasks as needed to support construction efforts.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
- Conduct utility locating to prevent damage during excavation activities.
- Utilize pipe lasers for precise alignment and installation of piping systems.
- Engage in digging, plumb, and other manual labor tasks as required on the construction site.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers and backhoes is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with welding techniques and safety practices is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
- Knowledge of utility locating methods is beneficial.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks consistently.
