Duties
- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project scheduling to maintain timelines and coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Utilize construction management software such as HeavyBid and Primavera for project planning and tracking.
- Oversee the installation of pipelines and other infrastructure components, ensuring adherence to schematics and specifications.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to verify that work meets project requirements and industry standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills and performance on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including pipeline installation and quality control measures.
