What you will do
We are seeking a Business Development Associate to support our different verticals. This role is ideal for recent college graduates with consulting, supply chain, or strategic sourcing experience who are eager to work alongside Business Development (BD) leaders to drive growth. The ideal candidate will help identify and develop new business opportunities, support go-to-market strategies, and enhance client engagement in the Energy and Utilities sector.
This is a great opportunity to leverage industry knowledge, analytical skills, and marketing strategies to expand business relationships and accelerate sales cycles.
- Business Growth : Support BD leaders in identifying, developing, and nurturing new opportunities in our different sectors.
- Market Research & Strategy : Conduct research, analyze trends, and assist in shaping go-to-market strategies for key offerings.
- Client Engagement : Assist in lead generation, set up meetings with qualified prospects, and contribute to proposals and presentations.
- Sales & Marketing Support : Develop sales collateral, support targeted campaigns, and help execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Performance Analysis : Track and measure the success of business development efforts, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
