With a proven track record of high-stakes litigation and client-centered advocacy, we are committed to making a difference.We are seeking a talented and driven attorney transitioning from the Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your military legal expertise in a challenging and rewarding civilian practice.SALARY AND BENEFITS : $150,000 - $250,000 annually. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.Singleton Schreiber, LLP offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including employer paid health, dental, and vision plans for you and your family, childcare reimbursement, home office stipends, transportation reimbursement program, paid parental leave, and a 401k with employer contribution.Key Responsibilities : Represent clients in various plaintiff-side litigation matters, including personal injury, environmental claims, fire litigation, mass torts, and class actions, motions, writs & appeals, public entity, and sexual assault and human trafficking.Conduct thorough case investigations, legal research, and fact-finding to build strong cases.Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.Collaborate with expert witnesses, investigators, and other professionals to strengthen case strategies.Manage and navigate complex litigation processes, including depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.Advocate zealously for clients in negotiations, depositions, and courtroom proceedings.Work closely with clients to ensure they are informed, supported, and empowered throughout their legal journey.Qualifications : Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (additional admissions are a plus).Experience as a JAG officer, with a strong background in litigation, administrative law, or military justice.Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.A commitment to justice, compassion for clients, and a strong ethical foundation.A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.Why Join Us?Opportunity to transition your legal career into impactful plaintiff-side litigation.Work on meaningful, high-profile cases that make a difference in people's lives.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Supportive and inclusive work environment dedicated to professional growth.Access to mentorship and training to ease your transition into civilian legal practice.Locations : We offer remote and hybrid work options with offices in California, Colorado, Washington, New Mexico, Mississippi, Alabama & Hawaii.NONDISCRIMINATION STATEMENT : Singleton Schreiber, LLP is an equal opportunity employer.
