Imagine starting your day with a series of CNC machine setups, where your coordination with machinists and the quality team ensures every component reaches perfection. Your hands deftly install and align fixtures, while machine parameters are fine-tuned to exact specifications.

What Awaits You:

• Precision setups with Okuma VMCs to meet blueprint demands.
• Inspecting first articles to maintain our high standards.
• Troubleshooting and routine maintenance, keeping machines at their peak.
• Documenting processes for seamless repetition and improvement.
• Collaborating to enhance workflow and drive production efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional CNC training is advantageous.
• Over two years setting up CNC machines, preferably Okuma models.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding GD&T.
• Acquainted with G-code and M-code, and skilled with measuring tools.
• Ready to tackle mechanical and system glitches.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and standing long periods.
• A natural problem-solver with attention to detail.

Salary Range

Competitive hourly rate based on experience, estimated between $24 and $30 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.
