Position Overview: Specialist in Anodizing Wastewater Systems
Your Role and Responsibilities
- System Operations: Supervise the day-to-day performance of our wastewater treatment processes related to anodizing, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct frequent checks on water quality, tailoring treatment methods to meet all environmental standards, adjusting as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Carry out timely repairs and usual maintenance for our treatment systems to ensure consistency and accuracy in performance.
- Documentation: Keep precise logs of all operations, maintenance, and compliance records in alignment with internal and external guidelines.
- Compliance and Safety: Follow all safety measures and mitigate any issues that might disrupt adherence to our regulations or compromise safety.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members in the anodizing department to ensure seamless production and wastewater management.
What You Need
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent, or specialized training in wastewater treatment.
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in wastewater treatment, ideally in metal or manufacturing settings.
- Certifications: Certification as a Wastewater Treatment Operator is a plus.
- Technical Aptitude: Competence in managing treatment equipment, analyzing water metrics, and refining processes.
- Physical Capability: Readiness to engage in manual labor, manage chemicals, and work in various temperatures.
Compensation Framework
Earnings range: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly, adjusted based on expertise, schooling, and prevailing market conditions.
