Long Term-2nd Shift : 2 : 00 PM to 10 : 30 PM Monday through Friday. $1.00 shift differential OT required during peak season.
Short Term-Night Shift : 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 30 AM Monday through Thursday. $4.00 Shift Differential. Steady OT.
Come join our team as a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR! The Production Supervisor is responsible for a line of molding machines, secondary machinery, and operating personnel. It is a hands-on position to demonstrate leadership and production expertise.

Your Responsibilities
Serve as person in charge in the event of a facility alarm, safety incident, personnel conflict, or other incident requiring leadership to resolve during the shift
Oversee the production and inspection required in each machine to meet the production schedule
Oversee and cover production line with breaks and lunch so all machines stay operational by maintaining a set schedule for breaks and lunches
Adjust accordingly to changing situations and shift changes
Review and complete daily reports and all paperwork
Partner with the quality, and maintenance departments to ensure problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials are resolved correctly in a timely manner
Compliance with ISO 9001 standard and 5S Visual Workplace / Lean Manufacturing
Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
Other duties as assigned by the Plant Director or Production Manager
Operate forklift as needed
Be accountable for decisions that impact production during shift
Requirements :
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education and work experience
Bilingual in Spanish
Inventory experience and manufacturing experience a plus
Forklift Certification required (will certify, experience is a plus)
Computer skills including Microsoft Office
Good mathematical skills a plus
Read, write and communicate in English with the ability to communicate well with all levels within the Company.
