We are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator / Office Administrator to be the backbone of our new showroom. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients as they arrive at the showroom and direct them to a sales consultant.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries.
- Process and write up sales transactions.
- Schedule and book service calls for clients.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain showroom standards, ensuring a clean and professional environment.
- Organize and manage store paperwork.
- Handle bank runs and other administrative errands as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the location, working closely with the Sales Director and Showroom Manager.
- Assist with various project-based tasks to support business operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy showroom setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a focus on client experience.
- Must be reliable and proactive in handling responsibilities.
