Position Overview:

As the Lawn/Landscape Production Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our landscaping projects, ensuring efficient execution, high-quality standards, and outstanding customer satisfaction. You’ll lead a team of skilled professionals, manage resources, and maintain schedules to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the production process of landscaping and lawn care projects from start to finish.
• Supervise, train, and support a team of landscaping professionals to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Monitor project timelines, materials, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Communicate directly with clients to address their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices in landscaping and lawn care.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in a management or production role within the lawn care or landscaping industry.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
• Valid PA Driver License and a clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish or other languages).
