Job brief:
Geringhoff is looking for a social media & video coordinator to manage our social media accounts, photography, and videography. You will be responsible for creating, engaging and [DM1] original text, photo, and video content, managing posts, ads and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
As the social media & video coordinator, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies, cameras, drones, and social media trends with a drive to continue to learn with the ever-evolving platforms and technology. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
You should be able to handle our photography, videos, drone work, testimonials and social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
· Monitor results and connect leads to appropriate department heads
· Monitor competition and generate comparison reports
· Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
· Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
· Set specific objectives and report on ROI
· Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (original text, pics, videos, news…)
· Be willing to travel to farms to get in the field action shots, create compelling videos and testimonials of our products to be used for social, web and in other marketing efforts
· Monitor traffic and metrics
· Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales and product support to ensure brand consistency and accuracy
· Communicate with followers, respond to queries quickly and monitor customer reviews
· Oversee social media accounts design
· Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
· Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
· Help in other areas as needed
Requirements:
· Must be willing and able to travel
· Proven experience in social media
· Hands on experience in content management
· Willing to grow, learn and develop video and editing skills
· Willing to attain a drone pilot’s license
· Excellent copywriting skills
· Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
· Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
· Knowledge of online marketing channels
· Familiarity with web design a plus
· Working knowledge of design programs
· Excellent communication skills
· Analytical and multitasking skills
· Degree in marketing or social media marketing (preferred)
· Must be extremely organized, hard-working, energetic and a team player willing to work cross-departmentally to ensure accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
