Video and Social Media Specialist

SRW Products is currently seeking a Video and Social Media Specialist to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Photography & Videography: highlight our products; capture high-quality images and videos of hardscaping/landscaping projects, before-and-after shots, and time lapse videos
• Content Creation: create and execute a content calendar with posts related to solution-based product features, applications, tips, tricks, and company updates for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Social Media Management: manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including responding to comments and messages, monitoring engagement, and increasing followers
• Performance Tracking: analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion metrics
• Brand Consistency: ensure all social media posts, campaigns, and content maintain a consistent voice, tone, and aesthetic reflective of our company’s brand
• Trend Analysis: stay up to date on latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, particularly those relevant to our industry, to maintain a competitive edge

Skills & Proficiencies:

• Proven ability to capture, produce, and edit video content from the raw footage to completion
• Ability to set up equipment and ensure professional quality relating to look, feel, and sound
• Enhanced sense of creativity in terms of visual presentation
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create compelling copy
• Proven ability to manage social media accounts focused on visual content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn preferred)
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Professional attitude
• Excellent attention to detail

Requirements:

• 3 years' experience with Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and Acrobat
• 3 years’ experience with Canon or Sony camera gear
• 3 years’ experience creating and editing videos, including self-directing video content
• 1-2 years’ professional landscaping/hardscaping experience preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
