What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk - Toyota West position at Germain Automotive?

Accounts Payable:
- Reviewing & processing accounts payable invoices and payment requests and issuing reimbursement checks.
- Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner.
- Matching checks to invoices/payment requests after each check run cycle & reconciling statements.
- Answer all vendor inquiries & resolve any discrepancies.
- Print all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
- Record and maintain all W9 and 1099 information.
- Process 1099 year end forms and reports
- Input new vehicles & journal entries into the computer system.
- Reconcile select accounts and schedules.
- Research and process charge backs and bad checks.
- Assist in monthly closings.
- Fill in where needed in the absence of other employees.
- Additional responsibilities as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong PC skills.
- Must be highly organized, able to work independently and maintain a neat work area.
- Professional dress in a neat and business-like manner.
- Bilingualism is not required, but can be very helpful.
- Valid Ohio Driver's license is required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check, drug test and motor vehicle report is required.
