Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable
• Daily deposits
• Cap A/R payments daily
• Positive pay file daily upload
• Filing AP and Parts tickets
• Intercompany payables reconciliation
• Cross train with other desks
• Assist Team and Office Manager with special projects
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Two years of experience in dealership accounting
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of accounting office positions
