We are now expanding our operations in Georgia, USA, and are seeking a skilled Electrical Service Technician to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems on equipment, including 12V and 380V systems, and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct electrical tests, interpret results, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Assist clients over the phone in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues on SMG equipment.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical components and systems.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulic components, and provide hands-on support as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Document service activities, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions using ERP systems and MS Office.
- Assist in managing parts inventory and coordinate orders for necessary components.
- Collaborate with the office team to schedule service appointments and ensure timely client support.
- Uphold a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to problem-solving in all aspects of the role.
