Job Title: Mortgage Operations Processor
Summary:
As a Mortgage Processor, you will perform a
variety of duties, both clerical and technical. Your focus will be coordinating
the processing of the mortgage files for completeness and accuracy.
What You'll Do:
Day in the life - Each day you will
review new mortgage files for completeness, work with loan originators to
gather required documents, and order verifications such as employment and tax
transcripts. You'll also help clear underwriting stipulations, assist with
ordering appraisals and title insurance, and ensure all documentation is
collected on time to meet loan decision deadlines.
What it Takes:
To qualify for this role,
you must have strong analytical, organizational, written/verbal communication,
interpersonal, and relationship building skills. Knowledge of mortgage lending
is preferred.
