Job Description:
Germanna Community College is a public, open access institution of higher education in the Virginia Community College System. Germanna Community College is centrally located in Fredericksburg, VA between Washington D.C. and Richmond and between the Blue Ridge mountains and the Chesapeake Bay. Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proctors Pearson VUE, Certiport, GED, CLEP, Automotive Services Exam (ASE), and other high-stake tests while following established procedures and guidelines.
- Provides administrative support by creating professional and courteous correspondences between test vendors, examinees, faculty, staff, and students
- Compiles and generates daily reports, enters data in Excel, and completes daily task reports
- Secures and maintains testing information; keeps accurate records; and files documents
- Provides consistent information on testing policies and procedures to test candidates and prospective examinees
- Provides excellent customer service and provides requested information or refers to the appropriate department
- Ensures all computers have updated software
