Part time or Full time available! We are looking for a people oriented person to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Pay will depend on level of experience. You will welcome and greet patients. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including answering phones, scheduling patients and taking patient copayments. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to multitask and stay organized. Prior dental experience necessary to apply.
Skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)

Hours per week: Two days - Four days No evening hours
